Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.

Ability to perform API integrations within ServiceNow is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Required Experience
Minimum 8+ years’ experience in development/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow ITSM solution.
Experience with the development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, etc.
Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to develop custom applications and working on ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery, Orchestration, and other applications.
Experience in ServiceNow implementations, designing complex workflows, write automated scripts.
